I did a trade with Matt Feeney for another
Pass and Stow rack. This one is for my touring bike, well its actually my CX bike but I pressed it into service as my touring rig. Anyway... the fork crown needed to be drilled to accept the fastening hardware for the rack. I used Matt's lathe to do the dirty work.
Fork clamped and positioned for drilling.

And... the rack mounted and ready to go!
